Welcome to SarahReighley.com, operated by The Broken Ears, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our site.


1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on this website. If you are under 18, you may use the site and make purchases only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

 

2. Products & Services
We offer both:
Physical products — shipped to you via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Digital products —
downloadable or reprintable items (such as recipe cards) delivered electronically.

 

3. Ordering & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

We accept payment through secure third-party processors (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal).

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery
Physical orders are processed within up to 5 business days after payment is received.

Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and method selected. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

 

5. Digital Products
Digital products are delivered immediately after purchase via email or on the confirmation page.

Digital items are for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share them.

Refunds are not available for digital products once delivered, except as required by law.

We are not responsible for download issues due to device compatibility, internet connection, or email errors.

 

6. Returns & Refunds (Physical Products)
We do not offer refunds.

Returns and exchanges for physical products are handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the product type and reason for the return.

Please contact us at sreighley@thebrokenears.com within 5 days of receiving your order if you experience an issue.

Items must be unused and in original condition for a return to be considered.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will work with you to provide a replacement or exchange where appropriate.

Replacement/exchange shipments will not be sent until the return package has arrived at our facility.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damage, defective, or incorrect.

Digital products are non-refundable once delivered.

 

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos, recipes, and digital products, is the property of The Broken Ears, LLC unless otherwise noted.

You may not copy, distribute, or exploit our content or products for commercial purposes without prior written consent.


8. Limitation of Liability

\We are not liable for damages arising from your use of our site, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or third-party issues (such as shipping delays).

Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount paid for your purchase.


9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles.
