1. Order Processing
Physical products: Orders are typically processed within up to 5 business days after payment is received.
Digital products: Downloadable or reprintable items, such as recipe cards, are available . You will receive a download link or access instructions via email or on the order confirmation page.
2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes (Physical Products)
We currently ship within the United States only, using USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Delivery times may vary during holidays or due to unforeseen delays.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.
Free shipping promotions (if offered) will be applied automatically during checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Physical products: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Digital products: Access instructions are provided immediately via email or on the order confirmation page.
5. International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship internationally. We hope to offer this in the future.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages (Physical Products)
The Broken Ears Market is not responsible for packages lost during shipping.
If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, you must contact the shipping carrier directly (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to file a claim.
We are happy to assist with information about your order if needed, but any claims must be handled through the carrier.
7. Address Changes & Errors
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
8. Digital Product Usage
Digital products, including reprintable recipe cards, are for personal use only.
You may not redistribute, sell, or claim them as your own.
We are not responsible for download issues caused by internet connectivity, device compatibility, or email delivery problems.
Refunds are generally not available for digital products once delivered, except as required by law.
