Garlic Butter

This recipe is a recent discovery, but I already know I’ll be making it all the time. It’s super simple, packed with flavor, and works with everything—fresh bread, homemade garlic bread, steak sandwiches, you name it. The garlic cooks low and slow in the butter so it’s rich and mellow (not harsh or sharp), and the parsley gives it a nice fresh finish.

You’ll need:

1 stick of Butter

4 cloves of Garlic, grated

2 TBSP Parsley, minced

How to make:

Melt the butter in a small pan over medium-low heat.

Add the grated garlic and let it cook gently for 5–10 minutes, stirring now and then.

Turn off the heat and stir in the parsley.

That’s it. It’s cozy, garlicky perfection—and so easy to keep in the fridge for whenever you need a quick flavor boost.
